Tampa’s international story is still being written. The city has the assets of a global gateway: a major airport, a growing port, world-class universities, a strong health care and research ecosystem, a rising technology and startup community, international business relationships, deep cultural roots, and a civic identity shaped by migration, trade, and exchange.

This closing main stage session will look ahead to Tampa’s next chapter as an international city. After a day of conversations across Trade, Innovation, Diplomacy, Education, and Sustainability, this session will bring the themes together around one central question: What should Tampa build, strengthen, and coordinate if it wants to become one of America’s most globally connected cities?
