The TIDES International Food Truck Rally will showcase flavors from around the world, highlighting Tampa’s diverse culinary community and creating an informal gathering space for attendees, families, delegations, and the public.

TIDES will conclude with the TIDES Global City Gala, a signature event honoring the individuals and organizations advancing Tampa’s global connections. The evening celebrates progress in trade, innovation, diplomacy, education, sustainability, and cultural exchange, while bringing together civic leaders, international delegations, and community partners for recognition and networking. As the closing event, it reflects on Tampa’s international achievements and looks ahead to future global partnerships.
