Check-in, badges, greeting, wayfinding, and general attendee support.
Sessions & Program Support
Help with session rooms, speakers, moderators, timing, and materials.
Delegation, VIP & Speaker Support
Assist special guests, speakers, civic leaders, and international delegations.
Expo, Cultural & Hospitality Support
Support exhibitors, sponsors, cultural programming, receptions, and networking areas.
Marketing & Content Support
Help capture approved photos, video clips, quotes, and social media moments.
