Before & After the Storm: Building Resilient Coastal Communities

For coastal communities, resilience begins long before a storm makes landfall and continues long after the skies clear. This panel will explore how cities prepare for major weather events, protect critical infrastructure and vulnerable populations, coordinate emergency response, and rebuild stronger after disaster.
