Head of Operations for the Americas

Martin is a Managing Director and Head of Operations for the Americas, as well as site leader for MUFG’s Tampa office. Prior to his current role, Martin was the Head of Private Credit and Sponsor Coverage in the Financial Institutions Group. Martin was responsible for BDC and Sponsor Lending and other Private Credit functions. Martin has had numerous roles in Global Corporate & Investment Banking including Product Development & Strategy in FIG, Head of Wholesale Banking Strategy, Head of Stable Value Products and Head of CIB Corporate Strategy & Planning. His initial role at MUFG was Head of Structured Credit Finance within MUFG’s Credit Portfolio Management Division.
Prior to joining MUFG, Martin was held various positions in asset management, bank and other financial organizations.
Martin has received an MBA in Finance from New York University.
He holds a CPA, CFA and FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 63, 79 and 99.
