Jessica Yahn is a Special Operations veteran with more than a decade of experience
executing complex, multi-disciplinary operations across the U.S. national security
enterprise. A graduate of the U.S. Army’s Cultural Support Team (CST) program,
Jessica conducted more than 40 direct-action missions in Afghanistan alongside elite
Special Operations forces and worked closely with an Afghan female partner force. She
later spearheaded initiatives at the intersection of Special Operations, Space, and
Cyber, and became a practitioner and thought leader in operationalizing women as a
strategic capability.

Jessica co-founded ALLTRU following the loss of fellow CST teammates. Today, she
leads ALLTRU as an enduring home for women of Special Operations – a practitioner-
driven network connecting elite female operators with government, defense industry,
and international partners to translate operational experience into capability and
advance Women, Peace, and Security from policy into practice.
